VETERINARY
SURGEONS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 529)
The purpose of publishing the List of Registered Veterinary Surgeons is to inform the public that each person named in the list is qualified to practise veterinary surgery under the Veterinary Surgeons Registration Ordinance (Cap. 529).
Persons using the personal data therein should ensure compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), in particular Data Protection principle 3 which governs the use of personal data. Persons using the personal data therein for an unrelated purpose render themselves liable to action under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
